This essay 'Meditations on complexity or the seed of an idea' was written by Kevin Wilson for the final residency event ... the Exhibition at the Herbarium at Mt Coot-tha.

One of the strongest motifs to emerge from working with seeds was the cross sections of seed capsules from Australian Rainforest fruits which are of course very prevalent in the Tropics and sub-tropical regions of Queensland, with the Botanic Gardens being a site for numerous species to be observed fruiting over the course of a year.
